萬能材料試驗機用途:本機可對金屬、非金屬以及構件進行拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、剪切、剝離、撕裂、蠕變等試驗。軟件系統:采用高精度的單片微機控制系統。根據試驗機被檢區間的力值,將相應力值的標準拉力試樣裝夾在試驗機上,讓拉力試驗機繼續對標準拉力試樣進行拉伸,引伸計或應變片將標準拉力試樣的伸長量顯示出來,將伸長量換算為拉力值,再與拉力試驗機度盤上與標準拉力試樣相同的力值點進行對比,根據比對值的差來確定試驗機技術狀態及精度。本方法利用胡克定律,根據標準拉力試樣的伸長量換算為力值與試驗機度盤力值進行對比,來確定試驗機的精度。該方法極大的簡化了檢定的操作過程,對試驗機原始拉伸狀態的日常檢定帶來極大方便和標準化。
